This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading technology provider to the global Library markets, who are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to diagnose and resolve technical and product functional inquiries and handle implementation requirements.
Reporting to the Technical Support Team Leader, the main responsibilities include:
This could be a great opportunity for a recent Library Sciences graduate or someone with relevant experience. The successful candidate will ideally have some technical customer services experience, have proven skills with MS Office suite of products. An understanding of HTMP, CSS, web proxy and IP addresses would also be ideal. Previous experience with library workflow tools such as OPACs and SQL is desirable. Candidates should have the ability to learn new products quickly, have strong organisational and analytical skills, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working within a Library setting would also be beneficial. Professional fluency in both German and English is required.
