One of the world’s largest higher education services companies is looking for a Head of Recruitment Services to provide leadership for the student recruitment function including all sales and engagement activity from new enquiry through to enrolment.
Reporting to the Commercial Services Director, you will line manage a team of 20 plus Enrolment Managers and Advisors (inside sales representatives) and support staff including CRM, SalesForce Administrator, Admissions Officer Training and the Development Manager. The main responsibilities include:
To be considered for this role you will need experience of leading an inside sales team who run multi-touch consultative sales campaigns. You will be able to drive performance through the creation of a productive and organised work environment. Knowledge of the higher education industry would be beneficial but is not essential. Excellent IT, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are also required as is a flexible approach to work.
