This is an exciting opportunity to join a world leading technology provider to the global library markets who are looking for a new business-focused Key Account Manager for Europe.

Reporting into the VP Sales, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality relationships with new and existing customers as well as professional account management.  The main responsibilities include:

  • Managing Key Client accounts to achieve/exceed assigned revenue objectives
  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities
  • Demonstrating solutions to customers
  • Analysing customer requirements and processes
  • Conducting negotiation and concluding contracts
  • Account planning and execution within region
  • Leading development of proposals, propositions, alliances, and negotiations
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Engaging with customers in new product/service initiatives
  • UsensureRM to maintain sales records.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in sales and account management as well as time spent in an international environment. You will have a strong customer focus, coupled with a true passion for sales, with strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and excellent project management skills. Experience selling a technology or software solutions into the library markets and Higher Education is required.
