One of the world’s largest education services companies is looking for an Online Learning Consultant to join their Higher Education Qualifications team to drive growth in adoptions of their digital online products both in the UK and internationally.

Reporting to the Head of Online Products, the main responsibilities include:

  • Driving and implementing sales strategies
  • Building a pipeline of prospective customers via meetings/events and in liaison with sales colleagues
  • Managing leads to completion to meet revenue targets, securing commitment to purchase
  • Acting as an advocate for online products
  • Providing training for colleges on approaches to online learning and Digital online products
  • Supporting customers in promoting online products to prospective students
  • Developing training materials for new customers (events, webinars, documentation)
  • Managing onboarding and post-sale relationships, ensuring effective use of online products
  • Driving high customer satisfaction and retention, monitoring customer usage
  • Maintaining in-depth market awareness for the UK and international markets.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in and/or an understanding of the UK Further Education sector and international vocational HE provisions, a strong understanding of sales processes and the challenges to institution’s digital adoption, and ideally experience of teaching and/or design in an online environment. Knowledge of learning management systems and experience developing training materials is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills are essential, as is a willingness to travel regularly.
