You could be managing assignments based as locally as Cambridge or as far away as Australia. With an ever-evolving digital landscape, the variety of opportunities you could be recruiting for is vast.

The role of Researcher at Telfer Partners will include:

  • Understanding the client brief and devising the search strategy
  • Mapping the market for target candidate identification
  • Initial approach, opportunity brief, and candidate qualification
  • Providing candidates with industry-leading advisory services
  • Interview preparation, debrief and communicating feedback
  • Achieving KPI and financial targets
  • Producing internal search progress reports
  • Updating CRM
  • Building industry and client knowledge through continued research
  • Deputising for your line manager.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have pro-active sales experience in a B2B or recruitment environment. The ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment is essential, as is a hunger to succeed. You will need to be a team player, ambitious, flexible, and driven with high levels of integrity. You should be obsessive about quality and providing unrivalled customer service, and be passionate about enabling our clients to achieve their goals.
