Executive Coaching
At its core, executive coaching is about giving time and space to strip everything back.
It quietens the internal and external noise — self-doubt, expectations whilst raising awareness of your reality to raise performance and realise potential.
It sounds simple but be prepared to be challenged!
For individuals, coaching builds confidence, clarity and momentum.
For organisations, it enhances capability, performance and competitiveness — because when your people are supported to think clearly, your whole organisation benefits.
Neil describes his role as a coach perfectly:
“My aim is to build an environment and facilitate a process where the coachee can raise self-awareness, without fear of judgement, reduce internal and external interference for the purpose of enhancing performance and realising potential quicker than otherwise possible.”
Neil brings a rare blend of academic training, professional accreditation and deep professional experience.
In 2025 he completed the Cambridge Business Coaching Programme and is now part-way through the Cambridge Advanced Executive Coaching Programme, both run by the University of Cambridge’s Møller Institute and accredited by the Association for Coaching. Once complete, Neil will be eligible for full AC Accredited Coach status. He is also supported by a qualified Coach Supervisor.
Beyond the qualifications, Neil brings more than twenty years’ experience in recruitment and executive search. He’s worked with people across hundreds of businesses, large and small, commercial and non-profit based all around the globe giving him unique insight into how different organisations operate — and the challenges leaders face at every step of their journeys.
His coaching clients span multiple sectors, including Executive Education, Scholarly Publishing, Scientific Research, Construction and Environmental Sustainability, and Private Equity. Clients have ranged from a chairman of a group of PE-backed businesses, to the Chief People Officer of a multinational based in Europe, to a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. Other coachees have held leadership roles in marketing, sales, operations, and bid/tender management.
Across all these relationships, his consistent strength is the ability to help people see more clearly, think more deeply, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
Honestly? Anyone.
Just as elite athletes rely on coaches to help refine performance, high-performing professionals’ benefit from having a space to think, reflect and refocus just as much as those facing challenges or change.
Executive Coaching is for anyone who wants to maximise their strengths, tackle bigger challenges, or accelerate their development.
And because Executive Coaching focuses on workplace performance, the organisation benefits just as much as the individual.
Here are just a few of the recent comments from Neil’s coachees:
“Neil’s ability to tailor his coaching to me was truly remarkable. He understood that one size does not fit all. He skilfully identified my personal roadblocks and helped me discover my own solutions.”
“Tailoring his style and communication is Neil’s strength. It sets him apart from many.”
“This was my first coaching experience, and I was amazed at how motivating I found the sessions. Neil listened attentively, quickly understood the essence of the challenges I’m facing, and helped me focus on what I can influence. I’ve already tackled tasks I’d put off for years.”
If you or someone in your organisation could benefit from greater clarity, stronger performance or a space to think differently, we’d love to help. Get in touch to arrange an initial conversation with Neil and explore how Executive Coaching could support your goals.
