A global research publisher with one of the most successful track records for growth over the last ten years is looking to recruit two Campaign Automation Managers. Reporting to the Associate Head, Global Marketing Services the roles will be responsible for the strategy, development and technical implementation of end-to-end Marketing Automation Campaign solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the Global Marketing Services Technical Automation lead within the omni-channel technology offering
  • Lead on technical training and implementing Automation strategies within the Global Marketing Services team and wider Marketing team as required
  • Devise, develop and deliver campaign strategies & methods to improve the lifecycle campaign process
  • Partner with senior stakeholders from Global Marketing Teams and Technology to influence, strategize, plan, develop and execute automated customer journeys
  • Scope, Develop and build complex Automation customer journey frameworks to enable the wider Marketing teams to self-serve
  • Manage internal relationships with stakeholders from across Marketing and technology to deliver effective, and efficient projects at the business level
  • To develop and implement efficient training & working practices through continuous improvement for our Global Services Team & the wider marketing departments.

Ideal candidates will have proven advanced technical knowledge and experience of Marketing automation journeys, email service providers and data mining methodology. Excellent understanding of the email campaign best practices focusing on targeted, triggered and lifecycle campaigns. Demonstrable success utilising A/B (split) testing to optimise campaigns, drawing actionable insights and recommendations based on the data. Advanced knowledge of SQL language and relational database structures, HTML programme language including responsive design. Individuals must have the ability to understand, analyse and review data to draw evidence-based conclusions. Critical thinkers with innovative approaches to solutions and experience of change management are very well suited to this role.
