Change Implementation Lead – Executive Education
£40, 000 – 60,000 + Strong Benefits
Our client, a leading international centre for business education, research and impact based within a world-renowned university, is seeking a Change Implementation Lead to play a key role in supporting the organisation’s transformation. This role will focus on ensuring that new systems, processes, and ways of working are effectively introduced and sustained across teams. Acting as a link between strategic goals and day-to-day operations, you will work with colleagues at all levels to prioritise initiatives, enable adoption, and use data to inform decision-making. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys collaborating across functions, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring that change delivers meaningful results.
Support prioritisation of change initiatives by working with Heads of Operation and Transformation to assess urgency and impact
Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies by providing guidance, training, and reinforcement of best practices
Collaborate with teams to identify needs and ensure systems and technology effectively support new ways of working
Assist with onboarding new employees by ensuring systems, data, and processes are clear and accessible
Work with function leads to encourage adoption, monitor progress, and address challenges
Promote effective use of data across the business to improve reporting accuracy, support decision-making, and increase efficiency
Manage systems change projects with IT, relaying business requirements, testing solutions, and ensuring alignment with business needs
Use data analysis skills to track progress of change initiatives, identify barriers, and provide recommendations for improvement
Deliver qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support audits, faculty boards, and ranking submissions
Monitor and collate data required for FT rankings submission, carrying out ongoing analysis to support data-informed decision-making
Partner with function leads and IT to create, maintain, and adapt business dashboards that provide relevant management insights
Change Implementation Lead: Skills/experience
Experience in project management, operations, and change management
Knowledge of systems, data, and process optimisation, with experience using AI tools to support work activities
Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and build constructive working relationships
Experience supporting change in dynamic environments, with a collaborative and adaptable approach to meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to support teams in adopting new processes and practices, and to apply structured project and change management methods
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical implementation and delivery
Analytical and reporting skills, including managing, tracking, and presenting data sets to a range of audiences, including senior leadership
Ability to explain technical and process-related changes in clear, accessible language to non-technical colleagues
Awareness of and commitment to organisational values, including continuous improvement, collaboration, and supporting the development of others
Experience in the higher education or professional education sector (desirable)
Familiarity with business systems and reporting tools
Understanding of structured change management methodologies
A salary in the region of £40,000 – 60,000, bonus and generous benefits package including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays is offered.
