One of the UKs largest not-for-profit membership organisations is looking to appoint a Digital Learning Developer on a 12-month FTC to manage their LMS and support in the creation of new online learning materials using a range of media.

The Digital Learning Developer will report to and work closely with the Senior Learning Designer providing technical and creative expertise in using their LMS, developing learning assets and delivering content on the LMS. Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and maintenance of online learning programmes and resources
- Create assets such as recording webinars and podcasts
- LMS administration including uploading new programmes and module content
- Enrol new learners into the LMS and assigning roles and audiences
- Implement new plugins as needed for the LMS
- Create digital learning content for a range of end users
- Take design briefs from the SLD and create compelling digital experiences
- Iterate designs, seeking feedback from the SLD, stakeholders and end users
- Contribute to creative thinking around the use of new and existing technology
- Stay abreast of new emerging user needs and learning technologies.
Suitable candidates will have demonstrable LMS and CMS experience with a strong interest in and aptitude for digital technologies. Experience of supporting the development of online learning resources is also required. You will need to be a self-starter with strong communication skills experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and as part of project teams.
