Our client, one of the world’s Leading SaaS elearning platform providers for technical and business teams, is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to lead the organisations recruitment strategies. The main focus of the role will be to develop a recruitment programme that ensures successful hiring and drives the achievement of organisational objectives. It is a hands-on role and the Director will be responsible for leading high-volume recruiting of high-quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Design, implement and manage recruiting best practices including outreach programs to Universities and other talent acquisition pipelines
  • Build a talent acquisition team
  • Delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience to candidates, hiring managers, colleagues, and leadership
  • Develop strong relationships and communication with managers to anticipate hiring needs
  • Source, interview, present, and close candidates distributed across all functions
  • Implement and facilitate consistency of recruiting policies and procedures
  • Develop sourcing strategies, plans, and candidate pipelines
  • Successfully prioritize, manage, and complete searches efficiently based on established benchmarks and metrics.

Suitable candidates will have a strong background in recruitment, specifically in-house recruitment with hands-on experience from sourcing candidates right through to closing candidates. Essential that you have previously set up and lead a team of recruiters and that you are confident in sourcing and closing. With a keen eye on detail and an analytical approach, ideal candidates will be confident using metrics and analytics to improve the recruitment process. Strong communication skills will be essential when dealing with candidates and agencies as well as internal stakeholders.
