Enterprise Account Manager – DACH

Our client, a leading online learning platform provider, is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Manager to grow existing top tier accounts across the DACH region.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work with corporate accounts who crave world class learning opportunities for their employees, building mutually beneficial partnerships and long-lasting relationships. Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop strategic account plans in order to increase revenue from existing customers
- Develop territory accounts to drive sustainable revenue
- Champion your customer accounts across internal functions such as product development, engineering and legal
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Seek out and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within top tier accounts
- Work closely with Sales Develop Reps for lead generation purposes
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer renewal
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Consult with C-Level decision makers.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need significant experience and success in enterprise SaaS sales and account management, be a strategic thinker with a strong farmer mentality confident to challenge your customers with insight. Fluency in German and English is required. A passion for learning/education is desirable. You will also require the ability to creatively problem-solve and collaborate to achieve common goals.
