Our client, a leading company in the field of educational publishing and learning solutions with a commitment to transforming education is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations & Lead Generation to drive business performance and growth through lead generation and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Head of Marketing Operations & Lead Generation: Key responsibilities
Lead on the delivery of the integrated customer journey, as part of the omnichannel strategy, in close collaboration with other business functions
Manage the entire process of transitioning to a digital-first campaign planning, delivery and reporting, working with the local marketing teams, as well as external partners
Lead on the implementation of an optimised end-to-end digital marketing process
Enhance the leads generation process to provide qualified and prioritised leads to the local sales and marketing teams
Lead on the creation of the complete through-the-funnel campaign concepts and assets, involving the relevant internal stakeholders for their contribution and buy-in from the outset
Continue to develop the omnichannel approach to campaigns creation with defined KPIs, prioritising the digital-first channels and systems to ensure an impactful customer experience and efficiency
Drive the process of planning, prioritising, approving and communicating key campaign projects
Enhance current reporting on campaigns results, with strong data analytics and data-driven recommendations
Drive the design of corporate campaigns, ensuring consistent communication of the company mission and values across all central channels
Lead on the delivery of annual product catalogues, print and online
Contribute to the annual marketing budget planning
Develop and upskill the team to drive the digital marketing transformation and the implementation of the through-the-funnel approach to campaigns planning and delivery.
Head of Marketing Operations & Lead Generation: Skills/experience
Extensive experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of developing and optimising full funnel campaigns through an integrated and automated marketing systems environment
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with demonstrable experience in managing data and producing actionable insights and solutions
Significant experience managing teams of marketers in a highly specialised subject area within a multinational organisation
Experience in building good working relationships across borders and cultures
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills. Ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to diverse audiences
Ability to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
Experience in managing agencies, vendors and suppliers
Experience in education marketing will be an advantage but not a prerequisite
Educated to degree level or equivalent; you may also benefit from holding a professional marketing qualification
A leader motivated by thinking outside of the box to create new ideas and drive change
Fluent in English; command of Spanish or another language will be an advantage
Ready to travel for up to 20 days per year.
