Our Client, an innovative and fast-growing EdTech start-up is looking for a Key Account Manager for UK and Ireland to build partnerships with Universities to make their SaaS product a success, guiding students and graduates in their professional development, finding the best internships or jobs possible.

This role is Exclusive to Telfer Partners.

This is a great opportunity to work in a multi-faceted role within an international team at a fast-moving start-up. The main responsibilities include:

  • Implementing new university partnerships
  • Implementing and integrating the career platform into university systems
  • Team training and best practice sharing
  • Developing and implementing communication plans
  • Encouraging best practice sharing between universities
  • Monitoring and enhancing existing university partnerships
  • Maintaining and developing the relationship with the universities
  • Monitoring partner satisfaction to improve NPS
  • Maximising the success of the career platform for university career services, their corporate partners and students
  • Presenting developments of the platform at regular review meetings.

The successful candidate will have solid experience within business development, ideally within the Higher Education industry, and will suit candidates who are customer orientated, self-motivated and confident communicators. Excellent presentation and organisational skills are essential. This role will be based in London but involve significant travel across the UK and Ireland and include the opportunity to work with teams across Europe.
