We are looking for a Learning Partner for our client, a leading international centre for business education, research and impact based within a world-renowned university, to support participants throughout their learning journey and ensure programmes are delivered effectively. In this role, you will work closely with participants, programme managers, and cross-functional teams to create learning plans, manage onboarding and follow-ups, and monitor progress and satisfaction. You will also support the use of new systems, tools, and microlearning approaches, while assisting the Head of Transformation with initiatives that embed change and improve the participant experience. This role is ideal for someone with experience in project or change management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Create learning plans with participants that fit their goals
Support onboarding and be the first contact point for new participants
Manage follow-ups with participants at 3, 6 and 12 months
Check and update participant goals during the programme
Work with teams to prepare participant reports
Analyse and report on participant progress and satisfaction
Work with programme managers, business development and learning designers to make sure the learning experience matches expectations
Use new systems, tools and microlearning to improve the post-programme experience
Support the Head of Transformation with customer initiatives and change across the organisation
Learning Partner: Skills/experience
Experience in project management, operations, or change delivery
Experience facilitating change in dynamic environments
Skills in systems thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with academics, senior decision-makers, and company executives
Commitment to delivering a high standard of professional service
Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams from different cultural backgrounds
Experience managing and analysing qualitative data
Ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively in time-sensitive situations
Experience working within higher education or professional education environments (desirable)
A salary in the region of £40,000 – 60,000, bonus and generous benefits package including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays is offered.
