Programme Delivery Lead – Executive Education
£40,000 – 60,000 + Strong Benefits
We are looking for a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our clients Open Programmes and ensure they meet institutional goals. In this role, you will lead a team of Senior Programme Managers, manage resources and budgets, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to maintain high-quality, timely, and compliant programme delivery. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and implement new systems to enhance operational efficiency and participant experience. Our client is a leading international centre for business education, research, and executive development. Based within a world-renowned university, it brings together students, faculty, and professionals from around the globe to address real-world business challenges.
Develop and implement the delivery strategy in line with Open Programmes and institutional goals
Establish and monitor KPIs for participant experience, quality, cost, and risk
Represent the delivery function in leadership planning and strategic workstreams
Manage and support Senior Programme Managers, including setting goals, providing guidance, and supporting professional development
Maintain accountability for timely, high-quality delivery across all Open Programmes
Oversee resource planning, supplier management, and delivery scheduling
Ensure all delivery operations comply with risk, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
Monitor programme budgets, including profit margins and budget variances
Maintain clear service standards for the programme management team
Monitor and improve the accuracy and timeliness of pre-programme communications
Manage issue resolution and complaints handling
Support continuous improvement, process simplification, and knowledge sharing
Assist with the implementation of new systems and approaches.
Programme Delivery Lead: Skills/experience
Significant experience leading complex programmes or service delivery teams
Experience managing team performance and supporting team development
Strong operational skills, with the ability to improve efficiency, quality, and processes
Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including faculty, clients, and executive leadership
Experience with CRM systems and operational tools
Understanding of hybrid and online learning operations
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or scheduling technologies in operational environments
A salary in the region of £40,000 – 60,000, bonus and generous benefits package including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays is offered.
