Our client, a leading provider of online and blended learning programmes for University’s offering best in class technology, pedagogy and ongoing support services, is recruiting a Sales Director for Student Recruitment to manage the sales lifecycle of their direct student enrolment channel.

The Sales Director manages a rapidly growing function and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the recruitment, development and leadership of the direct sales team
  • Manage all aspects of direct sales to ensure an excellent student experience throughout the sales lifecycle of a student
  • Track and report on direct sales channel and team performance regularly, ensuring that set sales targets are achieved
  • Analyse data to continuously generate actionable insights that leads to improvement in sales processes, conversions, arrival rates and priorities
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Sales & Marketing team to ensure effective online lead generation and conversion
  • Attend partner board meetings, presenting recruitment performance data
  • Support new business pitches with potential partners
  • Develop direct sales resources that are on brand and aligned with program delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in direct Student recruitment sales and a thorough understanding of the HE sector. Team management and process improvement are also required. Experience managing within a rapidly growing environment would be desirable as would knowledge of online education.
