An academic publisher with one of the most successful track records for growth over the last ten years is looking to recruit a Senior Developer to join its internal tech team who focus on the development of publishing platforms and solutions.

The main purpose of this role is to build publishing solutions that meet business objectives. This includes developing systems and capabilities such as: content delivery web sites, content loading, access control, reporting, analytics and other publishing related tools and controls. Key responsibilities will include:
- Implement enhancements and maintain various publishing platforms and solutions
- Be a contributing member of one or more Agile teams to focus on developing features
- Provide architectural design guidance on new features
- Implement Lean IT strategies to improve efficiencies
- Research and implement development standards to improve the quality
- Establish positive relationships with other Agile team members.
Suitable candidates will hold significant experience as a full stack developer using Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, C#, MVC, React, .Net Framework and .Net Core. Experience working as part of a remote agile team is desired. Strong planning and organising skills along with a high level of attention to detail.
