Our client, a scholarly publisher with one of the most successful track records for growth over the last ten years is looking to recruit a Head of Product Management to lead a team of Product Managers and take strategic responsibility for the digital library product range.

The Head of Product Management will work with key cross-functional stakeholders to shape the product and platform strategy with the following main responsibilities:

Delivery of a product range roadmap with effective ROI and KPI achievement
Direct and manage high performing team of product managers
Cultivate a lean working culture that encourages learning and innovation
Own product development process, refine and drive efficiencies
Collaborate across departments supporting product roadmap and future planning for our products
Understand dynamics of academic library market through regular interaction, conference attendance and research studies
Outward-looking at product development and technology partner opportunities
Member of the Product Innovation Leadership team.

We are looking for a strong understanding of the academic library market along with significant product management, digital development and people management experience.
