Our client, an innovative and ambitious publisher of academic courseware, is looking for an Implementation Support Manager to join their Academic Sales Team. This is a newly created position in an exciting team and would see you working cross-functionally to play a key role in coordinating the delivery of courses to Higher Education Institutions.

Key responsibilities
- Ensuring a smooth customer onboarding process
- Liaising with customers and end users to resolve support queries
- Coordinating between relevant interval functions and customer contacts
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up to date documentation for all support areas
- Upskilling and sharing knowledge and best practice with the Sales & Implementation team
- Processing and presenting relevant usage data
- Define and improve internal processes
- Recording customer needs and regularly reporting back to the Head of Digital
Successful candidates will have a proven background in sales support, sales operations or training implementation, with excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail are key in this role. This position would suit someone skilled in data management and data analysis and knowledge of Tableau and/ or similar data visualisation software. This is an exciting newly created position that will allow you to play a key role in a busy and successful team.
