Our client, one of the world’s largest education services companies, is recruiting for a Paid Media Marketing Manager to join its dynamic and friendly Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paid media expert to join the performance driven team in this hands-on role to contribute to the business’ annual growth.

Key responsibilities
- Lead on the overall performance of all paid media activities, as well as the performance of, and relationship with, the media agencies.
- Analyse market and performance data to identify key trends, under performance and opportunities
- Lead on new programme demand forecasting to feed into “go / no-go” product launch decisions
- Work with Partnership Marketing Managers on annual strategy and periodic campaign planning, to ensure the maximisation of ROI on paid media activities
- Work with Senior Marketing Managers to identify cross-partnership optimisation opportunities
- Ensure performance optimisation process is effective and adhered to by Partnership Marketing Managers and media agencies
- Create a test and learn framework to explore new tactics and opportunities to improve return on investment
- Work with the Web and SEO team to improve lead generation conversion rate
- Lead on paid media reporting infrastructure development, dashboards and data feeds set up
- When necessary, hold learning and sharing sessions with internal stakeholders to keep the team up to date with overall performance and best practice.
Successful candidates will be proactive and result-driven and experts in developing and executing successful multi-channel paid media advertising strategies. Proven experience in delivering paid digital advertising campaigns is essential. A highly analytical mind with strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills would excel in this role. Experience with Google Analytics and any other performance reporting platform/software is essential. Highly organised and solutions-oriented candidates will fit in well within this innovative and successful team.
