The Account Manager will focus on SMB customer retention and growth across APAC and be passionate about providing exceptional customer experience.
Suitable candidates will have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer support, customer success, sales, professional services or account management position. Experience of negotiating renewals and closing opportunities is required. A background in technology, ideally with an understanding of SaaS business models and success metrics is preferred. With a passion for helping customers do great things, you will be able to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and an interest in continuous learning and development would be beneficial in this role.
