Our client, one of the world’s most successful corporate e-learning providers, is seeking an Account Manager to focus on high-value revenue growth within the APAC region for their hugely successful SaaS platform. You will be joining a company that innovates around the customer and ensures its sales professionals have what they need to succeed.

The Account Manager will focus on SMB customer retention and growth across APAC and be passionate about providing exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the success of the SMB customer base and become their trusted advisor, providing product guidance and best practices
  • Discover and refine customer outcomes for the learning platform, drive and meet objectives throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention, and expansion
  • Work as part of Customer Success to develop strategies for scale and growth
  • Perform regular outreach to ensure customers are up to date on new features and tracking towards achieving stated goals
  • Prepare and facilitate business review meetings & customer training sessions
  • Manage commercial agreements
  • Primary contact to manage and resolve any critical customer situations.

Suitable candidates will have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer support, customer success, sales, professional services or account management position. Experience of negotiating renewals and closing opportunities is required. A background in technology, ideally with an understanding of SaaS business models and success metrics is preferred. With a passion for helping customers do great things, you will be able to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and an interest in continuous learning and development would be beneficial in this role.
